Footprints is a mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It causes footprints to be left when the Dragonborn, NPCs or creatures walk through snow. The author plans on adding support for mud and sand in later releases. Over time, the footprints will disappear again.

Creatures leaving prints[]
- Humanoids: NPCs, Falmer
- Animals:
- Wild animals: bears, sabrecats, wolves, skeevers
- Domesticated animals: deer, horses, mammoths, goats, cows
- Other creatures: spriggans, trolls, hagravens, giants, werewolves
- Undead: draugr, skeletons
Boot detection[]
If Skyrim Script Extender is installed, boot detection may be activated. When SKSE is not installed, this option will be automatically disabled.
Compatibility[]
- The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard support is implemented, will disable if not present
- The Elder Scrolls V: Dragonborn support is implemented, will disable if not present
