Rongeir is one of the various characters added by the Interesting NPCs mod. He was voiced by Giramor.
Background[]
Rongeir is the father of Shelur Ice-Eye, but considers that, since she takes after her mother so much, she is more of a clone of his late wife instead of his daughter. This, according to him, implies that the relationship between them is completely normal.
His dialogue remains fairly limited, but the Dragonborn can make him re-evaluate his opinion on the relationship, depending on the options chosen through the dialogue.
Rongeir prefers the cosiness of the New Gnisis Cornerclub far more than Candlehearth Hall, which in its turn is the preference of his daughter Shelur.
