Vigram is a Nord added by Interesting NPCs. He can be found in one of the ruins of Winterhold, together with his horse Francis. He was voiced by Julian Shanahan.
Background[]
Vigram lives in Winterhold and is, like many of its Nord inhabitants, quite wary of the mages. He has had a few plans to enlist the mages into slavery to rebuild Winterhold, none of them likely to succeed. He attributes most of his ill conceived plans on his horse. He plans on creating a stable-service in Winterhold, together with his horse. If his horse, Francis, dies, he can be heard complaining that he never told the horse he loved it, despite him believing he showed it.
