Ysterical Ysgramor is a retexture mod of the statue to Ysgramor that can be found in Ysgramor's Tomb. Aside from retexturing, it also improves the meshes, creating a smoother surface. It is also featured in the author's compilation package, Stunning Statues of Skyrim.
